Privelza does not sell Circle member data.
7. Website forms
Privelza uses Formidable Forms to process website forms.
Form submissions may be stored in the WordPress database and sent to authorised Privelza recipients by email. WP Mail SMTP is used to support reliable website email delivery.
Form entries are normally retained for up to 24 months unless:
- A shorter period is appropriate
- The information remains necessary for an active enquiry or relationship
- A longer period is required for legal, security or record-keeping reasons
- The individual asks for deletion and no lawful reason requires retention
